Mission
The Eunice Clement Sligh Foundation, Inc. (ECS) is a 501(c)3 organization that provides an array of comprehensive service programs for offenders, substance abusers, unemployed, under-employed, homeless and disabled individuals, specifically those with mental health impairments, of all ages from youth to senior citizens, who are living at or below the poverty level which has been established by federal guidelines. ECS respects the difference in age, culture, religion, family structure, race, ethnic, and economic backgrounds of its clients. The organization also partners with other agencies within the community that also provide services that enhance the lives of individuals and increase law-abiding behavior.
